ittto Getting Started is Easy

For Corporate users:

You can enroll your company clicking HERE and filling out a simple business profile on the Text2Punch Secure Portal. You will then be promoted to “Choose a Plan” for billing. Once your business is enrolled, you can then begin to add users (workers/employees) one at a time.  Each user must have a unique mobile phone number and email address along with a Employee ID that helps us connect to your timekeeping and payroll system. 

With each worker/employee you will enter each person’s name, employee ID, optional address info, mobile phone number and email address. The phone number will activate the SMS texting service,The users will then receive an email with instructions to download the Text2Punch app from Apple or Google, for logging into it, and getting started.  They will also receive a phone number related to using the SMS texting service along with a list of commands.

For resellers/dealers:

You can offer this SMS/Mobile technology service for labor management and/or payroll clients.  You will need to join as a participant in our Text2Punch Affiliate Partner Program. As an Affiliate you can offer your customers special promotions and pricing and as well receive additional services and savings.

 

 For SMS/Texting Users:

Once enrolled, the users can start using the SMS texting to clock in and out, record time to projects, start and stop meals, log piece work, track miles and post expenses.  You will benefit immediately in many administrative ways, from the easy data collection and the insight opportunities that Text2Punch provides.
